General Legal Reserve and Restriction of Use
The intellectual property (Copyright) of all files produced by Blest Document Centre, as well as the texts, formats and images which are available on its website, are the legal property of Blest Document Centre and cannot be copied, reproduced, edited, photocopied or duplicated, whether manually, photographically, digitally and/or electronically, or in printed edition or in any other form. Violation of this clause is punishable by law and therefore, Blest Document Centre will institute legal proceedings against those responsible for any such violation.
Reproduction is permitted for the purposes of dissemination of information, by legitimate human rights organisations and/or activists within the normal course of their activities, provided that all legal credits are respected (title, author, subject etc.) and the source of the materials is provided along with a warning against illegal use. For the purposes of protection, diffusion and development of human rights the documents will be considered public documents.
Reproduction by educational entities is permitted but not for commercial or advertising purposes, and any such reproduction must respect thematic integrity of the file in question and may not be used in any way inconsistent with the ethical norms of human rights. For the purposes of protection, diffusion and development of human rights the documents will be considered public documents.
Any other use than those described above is prohibited unless with the authenticated and express authorization of Blest Document Centre.
